public transport comfortable bed
The location offered easy access to public transportation options. The room included a king bed (it was VERY comfortable).
One elevator was temporarily out of service, resulting in longer wait times (nothing too major though).

spacious room large television easy access elevator issues limited elevators no on-site dining
the room was spacious and included a large television. a safe was available in the room for securing valuables. the location provided easy access to public transportation.. the bus and train were nearby.
the elevators experienced issues . only one or two elevators were operational, causing delays. there were no on-site dining options available. i could not get breakfast at the hotel.

convenient location and really good staff
helpful staff professional demeanor king bed quick service
Jing at the front desk was helpful and professional. he upgraded me to a king size bed without me even asking.. i really appreciated that initiative. he explained all the amenities, and i felt very taken care of from the start. i called down for a toothbrush and toothpaste. They brought them up quickly.
the surrounding area felt a little rough at night, so i stuck close to the hotel after dark.

Parking cost me $55. It was within the hotel itself. i could park and take the elevator straight up to my room. there were vending machines with drinks and essentials like medicine and shaving cream. I found this a nice touch.
